Conditions of Use
1.) Scope
For all contracts with consumers Galore Flightcase GbR (§ 13 BGB), made through our online store, subject to these Terms and Conditions (GTC).

3.) Contract

6.) Cash on collection

7.) Pack Station
We do not deliver to packing stations.
8.) Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
9.) Transportation damage
If goods are delivered with obvious shipping damage claim, you ask such errors as the deliverer immediately and take please immediately contact us at. 10.) Revocation

Consequences

11.) Cost covering upon exercise of the right of withdrawal

14.) Notice in accordance with battery legislation
As may be included in our programs and rechargeable batteries, we are on the Battery Act (BattG) obliged to inform you of the following: The batteries and accumulators must not dispose of household garbage, but you have to return used batteries required by law.
