The Con-Perl©  base material is composed of three layers of plastic.
By means of a special procedure, these are processed to form a sheet with a hallow air cell structure.
A smooth plastic layer is laminated onto each side of the core
(in case of Part number x15110s – Con-Perl© shows checker plate surface),
which consist of a moulded three-dimension middle layer.
